Laticrete® Flashing Sealant can be applied directly to damp or dry surfaces and cures under a number of varying weather conditions. By eliminating the need for reinforcing tapes at sheathing joints, inside and outside corners, this liquid flashing greatly reduces surface prep time. It simplifies producing air and watertight details in both new and existing construction allowing for the same day installation and fast flashing of windows, doors and other applicable assemblies. Laticrete® Flashing Sealant adheres to properly cleaned copper, galvanized and PVC pipes, galvanized and PVC flashings, and other clean metals. No bitumen or petroleum based product are to be used with Laticrete® Flashing Sealant. Features & Benefits
