Paraseal Accessory
Paraseal® Permanent Seam Tape™ is a rubberized asphalt membrane laminated to a polyethylene reinforcing film. A removable release paper protects the adhesive membrane face until removed during installation.
Basic Uses
- Permanent Seam Tape is used primarily for sealing the seams of Paraseal applications when flood testing is desired.
- It is used on all seams of Paraseal Saltwater Grade applications and with Paraseal LG when installed for vaporproofing.
- The inherent adhesive and waterproofing properties of the rubberized-asphalt membrane effectively seals the HDPE liner face on Paraseal products to render the bentonite a secondary back-up.
